Is Novosk a Danish company?
Yes. Novosk is 100% Danish company with head office located in Aalborg, Denmark, and we also have representative offices both in Shanghai and Shenzhen, China.

Does Novosk have own facilities in China?
Yes. Our main manufacturing facilities (over 5,000 m2) are located in Huzhou, where most of our products are assembled, checked and tested before shipped to world all over.

What is Novosk's core competence?
Our significant advantage is the combination of engineering expertise, unique Chinese language and cultural bridging and extensive experience of China know-how manufacturing.
Most of our colleagues are experienced engineers and experts worked in the industry over 10 year.
We can handle rather complicated projects, and provide one-stop shop service from product concept developing, detail designing to final production.

How is quality controlled?
A. We have a team of 7 experienced process and quality engineers
B. We shall do one sample run, then a small batch run before mass order.
C. We do process control during the manufacturing and final QC before each shipment.

What is the production leading time?
A typical delivery time is 4 weeks+ 5 weeks ocean freight transportation from China to Denmark.
If a production tool is involved, delivery time is 8 weeks+ 5 weeks ocean transportation after the drawings are confirmed.
Transportation time can be reduced to only 1 week, if choosing air freight.

What is the payment terms and delivery terms?
For tooling fee we accept 50% prepay, and 50% upon samples approval. For production, 50% with ordering, 50% before shipping.
You transfer the money to our bank in Denmark, and you get a Danish invoice. We will take care of the transportation, custom clearance etc. and deliver the goods to your address in Denmark.

What information do we need to provide in order to get a quotation?
It is important that the documentation is highly detailed, normally 2D drawing with tolerances and specifications are required, and we will take care of the necessary translation to Chinese.

How much can I save by sourcing my parts or products to China?
A typical saving of 20-60% can be expected compared with the price in western Europe.

Do I pay more working with you than going straight to factories myself?
The answer is "NO." In several ways you end up paying less to work with us! 
First, lots of excellent factories in China don't speak English; dealing with Chinese factories requires a lot of experience in terms of effective communications (in Chinese) and cultural understanding.
Second, Instead of searching supplier one by one, you can use a professional agent to bring you the right choice at once!
Third, a professional agent knows how to control production quality, and substantially minimize your business risks!

 How do you protect intellectual property (IP)?
We do respect and protect your intellectual properties such as design, technology etc, a NDA can be signed between Novosk and your company.

 What does your company name "Novosk" mean?
Novo means innovative, "S" stands for sourcing and "K" stands for consulting in Danish. Novosk means innovative sourcing and consulting.
